Thank you for visiting our Minibus Hire services page. We have pleasure in detailing our fleet configuration for your information.

Our vehicles range from:

• 14 Seater Standard Minibuses with Wheelchair accessibility

• 16 Seater Executive Minibuses with tables

• 28 Seater Standard Minibuses

Maintenance.

• All of our fleet pass quality control and pre-departure checks before departure.

• Valeting is carried out daily at the end of each and every day.

• Safety Walk Round Checks are carried out on a daily basis.

• Monthly Vehicle Inspections are carried out on a 28 day basis.

• We have our own operating centre including reception, sales, transport and accounts offices.

• There is on site coach parking housing up to 50 vehicles.

• Our garages include vehicle lifting equipment, brake testers and a paint/body shop.

• We operate quality control and Health & Safety Systems within our work place.

We have all the systems and tools in place to run a professional coach organisation and we are members of the CPT. (Confedaration of Passenger Transport.)

Our fleet.

Our coaches come in two or three grades, which are standard, executive and luxury.

-Standard coaches...

  comprise of a number of seats and do not have any additional features. (Such as toilet and washroom for example.)

-Executive coaches...

 are normally 49 seaters with toilet and washroom, CD, PA system, Air conditioning and DVD players.

-Luxury coaches...

 are the same as executive but are usually under two years old and have more luxurious features such as tables or leather 

 seating.

We operate three kinds of service.

-Bronze    

 Standard Coach Service. Very nice but with no frills.

-Silver       

 Executive Coach Service. A newer standard of coach with a toilet on board and CD/DVD player.

-Gold          

 Luxury Coach Service with hostess service on board serving snacks and light refreshments and providing newspapers if 

 required.

Driver Team

All of our staff are recruited and employed through our Human Resources Department which operates under the guidance of Natwest Mentor Services. Our team are selected through vigorous interview and induction processes backed up by references and CRB checks ensuring we employ high calibre people. 

Our driver team have a corporate identity and are uniformed in black trousers and jackets (or suits), white shirts and red company ties and deliver a punctual and professional service.

Our drivers are trained in house in such areas as customer skills, conflict avoidance, health & safety, tachograph management and general driving skills within the scope of operating PCV Vehicles. All of our team operate to a "Company Management Operations System" and have a hard copy of our operational procedures.

Our driver team are an essential hub to the daily services we provide, ensuring top performance is maintained throughout our company service schedule. You can expect a very high level of customer service from any member of our team, such is the desire of the individual to surpass your expectations. Our driver team are also driven on performance bonuses and safe driving bonuses, which rewards individual efforts in going "above and beyond" the call of duty and driving on an annual basis with nil incidents or damages.
