Driver Team

All of our staff are recruited and employed through our Human Resources Department which operates under the guidance of Natwest Mentor Services. Our team are selected through vigorous interview and induction processes backed up by references and CRB checks ensuring we employ high calibre people.

Our driver team have a corporate identity and are uniformed in black trousers and jackets (or suits), white shirts and red company ties and deliver a punctual and professional service. Our drivers are trained in house in such areas as customer skills, conflict avoidance, health & safety, tachograph management and general driving skills within the scope of operating PCV Vehicles. All of our team operate to a ‘Company Management Operations System’ and have a hard copy of our operational procedures. Our driver team are an essential hub to the daily services we provide, ensuring top performance is maintained throughout our company service schedule. You can expect a very high level of customer service from any member of our team, such is the desire of the individual to surpass your expectations. Our driver team are also driven on performance bonuses and safe driving bonuses, which rewards individual efforts in going ‘above and beyond’ the call of duty and driving on an annual basis with nil incidents or damages.
